Most of our team members are in their 20s. And yes, we love working with young people. Our team, which consists of GenZ and millennials, has actually taken topmate.io from zero to here. Are we not open to hiring senior people? Not true. But at this point at Topmate, we need people full of enthusiasm and excitement over experience. → Young people bring a spark and excitement to take on challenges. → They are always updated with “what’s trending” on social media, which is a must-have for us. → They see things differently and aren't afraid to suggest new approaches. Clearly, they are better than me in understanding our GenZ users! → They are more comfortable with the hustle culture.Not gonna lie, we all have become like a small family. Each person brings something special to the table, and that mix of ideas is what makes us better. + There should be no judgement; every idea deserves a chance. But at the same time, I learned something more important: 📍Focus on hiring people who can match your long-term goals, not just short term benefits.
