Teaching children how to engage in healthy relationships is a priceless gift we can give children. Accomplishments don’t equal a happy life, meaningful relationships do. Unfortunately we often prioritize accomplishments(and bragging rights) over healthy relationships for kids. It’s likely that our parents did the same thing so it can be difficult to figure out what to do instead. Learning to create and maintain healthy relationships is more important than learning to run the rat race.
