Job seekers deserve clear communication from companies posting job openings. Remote and hybrid roles are not interchangeable. It's frustrating to apply for a remote position only to discover it's actually hybrid and may require relocation. Let's save everyone's time by being transparent from the start. #JobSearch #RemoteWork #HybridRoles #RecruitmentAdvice

In today's competitive job market, finding top talent can be a challenge. As a result, many companies are turning to remote work options to attract candidates. If your agency is considering hiring fully remote employees or has recently done so, it's essential to adapt your management style and company procedures to ensure that your team stays on track and meets its goals. By prioritizing effective communication, implementing robust training programs, and leveraging technology to facilitate collaboration, you can successfully create work-from-home opportunities while still staying on track with your business goals. #remoteemployees #teammembers #ISNE

Why do some jobs appear to be remote, but actually arent? It's a trend I've been seeing more often lately. What I've noticed: 🔴 Some job boards will list jobs as remote, when in reality they're hybrid or even onsite 🔴 Job boards like LI aim to improve their engagement metrics, which they then turn around and use to sell services to recruiters 🔴 Some recruiters purposely list jobs as "remote" to get more applicants. To be 100% sure you're applying to a remote job you see on a job board, go to the company's website and view it there. If the company has provided a job ID # on the board, use it to look up that exact same job on the website. Then you'll know for sure if it's actually remote, hybrid, or onsite. --- Found this post useful? Let's be clear - #remote flexibility is still one of the top #benefits for job seekers. But hiring someone new and untested for a remote position can be risky. Temp-to-Perm roles give companies the opportunity to open up their talent pool with the added guardrail of a #contract before converting to a permament job. #StaffingSimplified

More time wasted applying to mislabeled jobs 😠 This is why we vet remote jobs before going on our job board. There is still too much of this happening where things are mislabeled on purpose to try and attract talent. The "bait and switch" strategy can't actually be working well for companies. What's one thing you can do to get more responses during your job search? Many of you will not like to hear this, but one way to decrease competition in your #jobsearch is to apply to roles that are not #remote nor #hybrid. The latest edition of State of the Labor Market from LinkedIn's Economic Graph (read here: https://lnkd.in/d6xxuPJk) found that nearly 3 in 5 job applications in the U.S. go to ads for roles that are hybrid and remote. Yet, these jobs only make up 1 in 5 of all postings. The numbers are even more bleak when you just look at remote roles. ➡️ If you're willing to be flexible on where you work, opening your search to in-office roles or jobs that take place in physical workplaces can unlock more opportunities and decrease your competition. ❓ What type of roles are you looking for? Are you willing to be flexible about where you work?

Hybrid role? Good, but…. When posting a job and stating it’s hybrid, why not also state the number of days expected to be on site? There could be a world of difference between 1 day a week on site and 4 days a week on site…. There could be a world of difference between 4 days a week on site and 4 days a month on site…. So why not mention it in the first place? Or is it another “it depends” moment in the process? #azifasks #hybridjobs #hybridroles #hybrid #jobposts #jobseekers #recruiters #jobsearch #recruitment
