When Will God Do Christmas for Nigeria? The phrase "When will God do Christmas for Nigeria?" evokes a yearning for change and hope. It reflects a collective desire for transformation, justice, peace, and progress in a nation grappling with numerous challenges. Christmas symbolizes renewal, joy, and divine intervention. For Nigeria, "God doing Christmas" might signify a moment when corruption diminishes, resources are equitably distributed, unity thrives among diverse groups, and every citizen enjoys the dividends of democracy. It is about a nation reaching a place where its people no longer yearn for a messianic intervention but actively embody the principles of love, charity, and integrity. However, the question is not only about divine timing but also about human responsibility. Change for Nigeria starts with individuals embracing the values that Christmas teaches—selflessness, accountability, and compassion. It involves citizens demanding good governance and leaders committing to sincere service. God's intervention may already be unfolding, not in miraculous gestures but in opportunities, wisdom, and the resilience of the Nigerian people. The "Christmas" for Nigeria is not a date on the calendar but a culmination of collective effort, prayer, and action leading to a brighter future.

NIGERIA @ 64 What shall we say to these things, Sixty-four years with echoes of what could have been, Sixty-four years of unfulfilled hopes and dreams, Colonial masters gone, yet woes cling. What shall we say to these things, To hunger and poverty in a land once known to flow with milk and honey, To a mother's tears as she watches her children go hungry, Or a father's anguish, as he struggles to provide for his family. What shall we say to these things, To insecurity and terrorism in our Father's land, Where fear grips hearts, and peace flees from our stand, We tremble in fear when going on a 100km journey. What shall we say to these things, To the many lives lost on our bad roads, To preventable deaths in substandard healthcares, Promising lives and dreams sent to early graves, A preventable tragedy, a nation's shame. What shall we say to these things, Twenty-four hours electricity is a luxury we cannot afford, The great giant of Africa has refused to grow, Except you count population growth as a growth. What shall we say to these things, To heroes who fought for our freedom, To leaders' who failed to keep their promises, A nation's trust, repeatedly betrayed, it seems. What shall we say to these things, To patience worn and hearts depressed, Sixty-four years old, still we plead: For peace, for progress, for Nigeria's needs, For a savior to save us from ourselves, For a brighter dawn and the country we used to know. What shall we say to these things? Shall we weep or shout or sing? Shall we wail for the evil our eyes have seen, Or turn a blind eye and celebrate another independence anniversary? #GodBlessNigeria #independence #Nigeria

There is something so many people have not really understood from this new national anthem. Nigeria National Anthem: "Nigeria we hail thee, Our own dear native land, Though tribe and tongue may differ, In brotherhood we stand, Nigerians all, and *proud to serve* *Our sovereign Motherland* Our flag shall be a symbol That truth and justice reign, In peace or battle honour’d, And this we count as gain, To hand on to our children A banner without stain. O God of all creation, Grant this our one request, Help us to build a nation Where no man is oppressed, And so with peace and plenty Nigeria may be blessed" This was the national anthem during the colonial government. The pledge was to proudly serve* *Our sovereign Motherland* which is England. The new national anthem talked about serving our fatherland which is Nigeria . I can perceive conspiracy theory in this new anthem. Some people are committed to taking us back to Egypt. With this new anthem, we pledge to serve our motherland which is ENGLAND instead of our Fatherland which is NIGERIA. Is it that our leaders are up to something or are they acting based on ignorance?

L𝐄T U𝐒 𝐏R𝐎T𝐄C𝐓 𝐎U𝐑 𝐊E𝐍Y𝐀N N𝐀T𝐈O𝐍 Hello Gen Z, My deepest sympathies are with the families of those who have lost loved ones during these tumultuous times. May their souls always be at peace. We understand the anger and frustration that led to the most recent demonstrations. Your concerns are valid, and people are paying attention to you. But I implore you to think about how our actions will affect society as a whole. Our country has a bright future ahead of us, along with a rich past. However, turmoil and violence only serve to further divide us. Take a look at some African nations, which are plagued by internal conflict: the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Somalia, Sudan, and Libya. We can't let ourselves go down the same route. It is the power of forgiveness that our faith teaches. According to Quran 42:40, Allah states that "whoever makes amends and pardons others, his reward is [due] from Allah." In the Bible, we are encouraged to "treat one another with kindness and compassion, forgiving one another as God has forgiven you" (Ephesians 4:32). Who are we to refuse one another forgiveness if God, in His boundless mercy, pardons our sins? Outsiders cannot address the issues that our country faces. We have to work together to find a solution. From within our borders as much as beyond, some wish to split us apart. Nevertheless, it is our duty to exercise critical and rational thought, to keep in mind our common past, and to look forward to a better future. Let us not leave a destructive legacy for our kids and grand-kids. Instead, let us engage in meaningful discourse, hear each other's concerns, and collaborate to come up with solutions that are accepted by all and sundry. We're stronger together. Let us unite in our love for Kenya to create a future in which everyone may prosper. With hope and solidarity.

The real Independence? My opinion Nigeria celebrated her 64th Independence celebration two days ago. Which is cool. I think the real Independence is personal. Like... Have you gained your personal Sovereignty? Are you free: - mentally - emotionally - financially - and otherwise? If your answer is NO, You're not free yet Keep fighting. Are you free from seeking external validation? If your answer is NO, You're not free yet Keep fighting. Are you living life on your terms? If your answer is NO, You're not free yet, Keep fighting! Do you have the capacity to think critically and act independently? If your answer is NO, You're not free yet, Keep fighting! The real Independence is personal sovereignty. If you're not living life on your terms... You're not free yet. So, Keep fighting for your FREEDOM by becoming: - More Valuable - Disciplined - Focused Stay Sharp! QUESTIONS FOR ZIMBABWEANS IN THE DIASPORA? Most of the time we ask each other if we are better off outside our country or whether we should have stayed put. I think that scenario does not really take us deep into why we are living so far away from home and for most people without even thinking of going back home... Let me go deeper..If God wanted you to be an American or British, trust me you would have been born in those countries. There is a reason why God rightly made you a Zimbabwean but for one reason or the other you are so far away from home.... The biblical Nehemiah had a great job in a foreign country with so much influence in the King's circle, but his heart burned with sorrow when he remembered the city of his fathers..Jerusalem..so despite the success and the influence he returned home where the walls were broken..meaning a place of desolation..The question is Why? Nehemiah's story confirms to me that no matter how successful you may be in the diaspora something deep inside inside must bring sorrow when you thinkl about Zimbabwe and the loved ones you left behind. So today I pose the following questions (which I have used to do some soul searching for myself); 1..What would you want to see happen in Zimbabwe in order for you to go home? 2.Who do you expect to create that situation/environment that would necessitate your return to Zimbabwe? 3.Who do you expect to create that situation/environment for you? 4.What role would you play to accomplish that goal? 5.Are you forever stuck where you are that no matter what happens Zimbabwe is a no go for you? Think on these things and share with us how you feel about your home country, but whatever you decide, however you do so always remember nobody will ever change things for you except..you do so..

Proverbs 11: 10-11 10 When it goeth well with the righteous, the city rejoiceth: and when the wicked perish, there is shouting. 11 By the blessing of the upright the city is exalted: but it is overthrown by the mouth of the wicked. This has driven my leadership and my position that excellence is possible in every aspect of our lives and whatever we find ourselves doing especially in nation building. The character of the upright( righteous) produces blessings and this exalts a country. It matters the foundations on which nation building is founded on, most especially for my Country Ghana 🇬🇭, our anthem begins with “ God bless our homeland Ghana🇬🇭” but we are truly that blessing to set the country on high. Therefore, our responds as citizens and patriots must be aligned rightly to the blessings deposited in us. Nation building is modified with the entire citizenry and not just government leaders. The scripture above tells God’s intention about the safety of a country (city) and that is by the great blessings the upright produces for a country. When we do it right the wicked( the defections) will fall. As children of God we are His true identity and reflection to produce light and blessings to our world. The word of God is incorruptible and the foundation is assured. Already the scripture says the upright exalts a city, it means the end has already be declared to us. This sets a country on a vision and on a mission because there is an end goal when we have the foundations right. God made man to be a blessing and not otherwise. #LeadershipGrowth #Excellence #Nationbuilding

NIGERIANS, THERE WILL BE NO JUSTICE THROUGHOUT JUSTICE KUDIRAT KEKERE EKUN’S TENURE. THAT’S HOW BAD NIGERIA HAS BECOME, BEWARE OF ALLIES YOU WILL BE BETRAYED AND SOLD OUT FOR MONEY. Help your neighbors if you have the capability, there will be more turbulence, but the citizens will survive, if they stay away from street protests. Nigerians, when you look deeply into Nigeria's situation from ex-president Obasanjo to ex-president Buhari their government is not about selflessness, it's about who can cover up his predecessor's corruption case file better. While on the searching journey of who else could cover up the ex president Buhari’s shenanigans and corruption case file better. Chief Bola Ahmed Tinubu “accidentally” emerged due to Nigeria Christian leader's hypocritical acts and deception. They were all the same, Nigerian is just wiser now. HERE WE ARE CONFUSED ABOUT WHAT IS NEXT, UNFORTUNATELY THERE WILL NOT BE A SUBSTATIAL SOLUTION UNTIL CHIEF BOLA AHMED TINUBU EXIT. HOWEVER, GOD SAID HE WILL HANDLE NIGERIA'S SITUATION ALL OF THE ONES WHO PUT US IN THIS CONDITION PERFECTLY, FROM THE RELIGIOUS BUSINESS SECTOR TO THE SECULAR. Nigerians, I may not know the way out. But God said the citizens should stay away from street protests, it will not help in any way. R Adebayo Oloyede HEALING HOUR MINISTRY https://lnkd.in/dgzBeGdj

*PRAYING FOR A GLORIOUS NIGERIA. (August 22, 2024)* Father paralyse every plan and strategy put in place by selfish men and women to hijack the destiny of Nigeria. We decree that our nation is delivered from their hands, and our glory is restored in Jesus' name. *Isa 8:9-10* 9. *Associate yourselves, O ye people, and ye shall be broken in pieces; and give ear, all ye of far countries: gird yourselves, and ye shall be broken in pieces; gird yourselves, and ye shall be broken in pieces.* 10. *Take counsel together, and it shall come to nought; speak the word, and it shall not stand: for God is with us.*

"O God of all creation Grant this our one request. Help us to build a nation Where no man is oppressed And so with peace and plenty Nigeria shall be blessed." As we celebrate Democracy Day, these powerful lines from our National Anthem remind us of our collective vision for Nigeria—a nation where peace and plenty abound, and no one is oppressed. This vision, however, is not solely the responsibility of our leaders. Each of us have a role to play in building this nation. While we have rights and expectations from our leadership, we also have responsibilities and obligations to our nation. The Bible encourages us in Galatians 6:2 to "Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ." This means looking out for one another and working together for the common good. Similarly, 1 Peter 4:10 reminds us that "Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms. Galatians 6:9 encourages us, "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." This reminds us that our efforts, no matter how small, contribute to the larger picture of progress and prosperity. As we reflect on this Democracy Day, let's commit to being active participants in nation-building. Whether through community service, advocating for justice, or simply being good neighbors, each action matters. Together, with God's guidance and our collective efforts, Nigeria shall indeed be blessed with peace and plenty. Happy Democracy Day! 🇳🇬 #DemocracyDay #NationBuilding #Nigeria #Leadership #Community #FaithInAction #BetterNigeria #NewNigeria
