Two very interesting and exciting pieces of data that surfaced early this week... In our review of the initial rollout of Casey AI here at Case Status, 98% and 500+ stood out to me... 98% of Suggested Responses to client questions are being sent out after a staff member reviews them, without making any edits. We always say that Casey AI turns staff members into Editors vs. Authors. The beauty of this stat is that the suggested responses are of such quality that it is not requiring much editing at all. We are seeing that there are multiple users sending over 500+ Suggested Responses in the last 30 days. Instead of crafting 500 different responses to client questions, these staff members are able to select a message, make any edits if necessary, hit send and continue on with their day. Truly transcendent technology that allows firms to respond thoughtful, empathetically, and quickly to concerns of their clients that are always top mind.
Law Firm Leaders, Imagine a world where the time it takes your staff to respond to client questions is cut in half. Imagine an AI software robot that isn’t touching clients directly but helping your staff respond quicker and with more accuracy and empathy. A software robot that understands where the client is in the legal process and the firm’s “Voice” in written communication and even adapts to the unique writing style of each individual staff member. That world is HERE! Our Recommended Response TM feature represents a quantum leap forward in client communications. The first few weeks of usage data have given us some pleasant surprises in the data. One example is that 98% of generated responses are being used by staff without modification or editing. The impact on our customers operations is going to be phenomenal in terms of time saving and improvements to staff morale, employee retention and efficiency – not to mention the corresponding positive impact on the client experience and the ability to grow the firm without massive headcount growth. The next few months are incredibly exciting as more and more law firms will be adopting this revolutionary capability.
