The reason I think Chipotle is loved by so many people including myself, is because we get in excess value for what we pay. -Fricken delicious, so good! -Quick & Easy (one of the better mobile apps imo) -Very customizable (more or less calories) -Feels healthier than other fast-food places -Affordable My order: Extra brown rice, black beans on the side, steak, mild, extra corn, sour cream, extra cheese. Tortilla on the side, medium salsa on the side, with a bag of chips). Depending on the workers, I think sometimes I get around 2000 calories and I’m good for the day for $15. Even if we disregarded the deliciousness and the cost… The customer experience is phenomenal. They give more than they take. And as a result…? Value is created. Loyal customers.
