I train PTA's to level up their career and provide them a successful route to be their own B.O.S.S without a P.T.
As a PTA, my path has been filled with challenges, learning, and significant achievements. Beginning in outpatient care, each phase of my career, including skilled nursing and home health, has been instrumental in shaping my professional and personal growth. Facing the demands of single parenthood and the need for financial stability, I embraced each challenge, using it as a stepping stone to advance my skills and understanding. The real turning point came when I recognized the unique impact of my treatments, as echoed by my clients. This realization spurred me into action, leading me to establish a clinic that helps people get out of pain and avoid invasive surgeries. But it wasn't just about clinical practice. Mastering the art of business, from marketing to understanding my target demographic, played a crucial role in the clinic's rapid growth. This journey has been about more than just professional development; it's been about empowering others, mentoring, and making a lasting impact in the field of physical therapy. This story is a testament to the power of resilience, adaptability, and the drive to make a difference. It's a reminder that with determination and a willingness to learn, we can turn challenges into opportunities for growth and success. If you're a PTA who wants their own success story.. reach out to me and let's make it happen! There's so much more waiting for you in this fulfilling career.

Create Win-Wind Solutions: An Team Member's Perspective Bryan G., Biomed Supervisor, was recently asked to share his thoughts on company fundamental "Create Win/Win Solutions." Bryan G. shares that reaching these win/win solutions are usually a result of sharing a common purpose and a commitment to finding the best outcome. "Win-win solutions in everything we do, both at work and in our personal lives. After all, who wants to lose? However, winning isn't always easy—it requires hard work, perseverance, and often, overcoming challenging and bitter moments. In our line of work, we face difficult situations and interact with a diverse range of people every day. It's inevitable that we won't always be on the same page. But despite these differences, we come together with a common purpose: taking care of our patients. Achieving win-win solutions means picking ourselves up after setbacks, staying on task, and continuously seeking the best outcomes for everyone involved. It’s in these moments of challenge that we find opportunities for growth and improvement. There is a profound sense of accomplishment in knowing that the work we do, even if it seems mundane to us, can have a significant impact on the lives of others. What might not seem very important to us is incredibly important to someone else. Let's continue to strive for these win-win outcomes, supporting each other and our patients with dedication and compassion." Get to know Bryan G.: "I began my journey with Barnes in 2021 as a Biomed Technician, and at the beginning of this year, I transitioned to the role of Biomed Supervisor. I'm grateful for the opportunity to grow with Barnes and excited about the future and my ongoing contributions to our team's success. Outside of work, I have a beautiful wife, a daughter, a son, and a dog. They keep my hands full, but I wouldn't have it any other way. In my free time, I enjoy watching NBA games—Go Celtics!—as well as fishing, grilling and playing the guitar." #BarnesHealthcare #WinWin #Solutions #EmployeeVoice

I cannot express the excitement and avidity I have as a new Pharmacy Assistant at Remedy's Rx in Chestermere! My journey as a volunteer was filled with greatly memorable events. My favorite part of working with the Chestermere Remedy's team as volunteer and now as a employee has to be the sense of love and togetherness for and from the community! While working in or out of school I strive to leave my mark in my community. As I embark on a new journey I'd like to share a quote that I often remember and like to revise during times of uncertainty or stress. "Do your best, and let God do the rest" It is essential to work hard towards your goals and fear of failures should never hold you back, instead I tell my peers the only outcome you should fear is regret. Regret of not trying, regret of not taking the risk, regret of giving up too early. After you've done all that you can do, leave the rest to God. If you didn't make this job interview, it's okay. Focus on the second one, didn't make this one, it's all good now focus on your next chance. Summarized, I believe that from taking chances and working hard you will never lose anything. If not your desired outcome, you will always gain experience which sometimes is a lot more valuable.

Passionately committed to increasing diversity and inclusivity within the US & European alternative investment space
For those who know me, it's no secret that my father and I share an exceptionally close bond. Now, for those who truly, I mean really, know me, they're aware that this past summer life threw us a curveball in the form of a serious, life-changing car accident that nearly cost him his life. Although he survived, part of his leg did not. Thankfully, with the help of a prosthetic, he will eventually be on the path to walking again. Despite this profound life adjustment, the true blow to his spirit stems from him having to temporarily step away from his cherished profession until a full recovery is achieved. Why is this so hard? Because for five decades, he has dedicated himself to dentistry, finding genuine fulfillment in his work, the relationships with his patients, and the lighthearted banter that accompanies it. Just last year, he let me in on a heartwarming tradition – for the past decade, on every 🇺🇲 Veteran's Day, he’s offered free dental care to his veteran patients—a heartfelt tribute to those who have served our nation. So this year, to honor my Dad, his tradition, and that candidate segment that is often overlooked because of their non-traditional career paths, I would like to do the same. I can't offer complimentary dental care, but I can offer my time and expertise either with a resume review, a friendly networking call, or a helpful steer. If you are a US vet or know one, who is interested in transitioning to the buy-side, connect with me on LinkedIn and mention this message. We’ll set up a call to chat before Thanksgiving! Happy Veteran’s Day! 🇺🇲 🎖️ . . . #veteransupport #privateequity #privatecredit #lowermiddlemarket

Founder & CEO Early Career Physicians Institute•Certified Wellness & Life Coach•Wellness Consultant•Keynote Speaker•Geriatrician
I’m a fierce advocate for early career physician wellbeing in specific and healthcare worker wellness at large. Physician life in the first seven years after training is challenging. Doctors are not just launching their medical careers but also their lives outsides of medicine. They have unique challenges. That require unique support. And - the worst part is they mostly have to project that they have neither challenges nor need support so they are viewed as being “competent” or “worthy” or “strong”. Thank you Jillian Rigert, DMD, MD for the opportunity to publicly accept how I needed help and how I had to overcome my own perfectionistic demons to take that step towards asking for help. I so appreciate you for the safe space you create for these raw and honest conversations in a world with ever-diminishing safe spaces. This conversation is an attempt to normalize and destigmatize early career physicians asking for help. This conversation is for all early career physicians to know that you matter, that you have agency and that many physicians-including myself are here to support you. 👇🏽Listen to the Full conversation
