Fastest finger first against multiple agencies WoW: Submitting through a portal or dealing with internal **Company 2** Roles: mid to senior Terms: 30% total comp Exclusivity: Full exclusivity / retained WoW: Dealing directly with the hiring manager This can be broken down so much further but it goes to show that there's so much more to consider than judging a business by who they work with. It's all about how they work with them!
