I've been tasting lots of different coffee concentrates lately. ☕✨ This is how I've been evaluating them - with cold water and then with whole milk. But a client just used hot water, which is not a bad idea, either, depending on the application. 🤔 Do you use a cupping spoon and slurp the black version? 🥄 Cold brew is so different from hot brewed coffee.
