You nailed it, Jay Schwedelson. This is easy for brands to do, whether on their own or with a partner such as Movable Ink. We've built versions of these at The Home Depot, 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC., and Tipico - North America—North America. It's definitely a must for an end-of-year wrap-up, but don't hesitate to test a mid-year check-in or use it as an incentive to reactivate a customer or to motivate membership renewal. Home Depot uses the concept as its monthly "Pro" statement. And don't you hate when you are a member of a loyalty program and you get the generic "Join Today" messaging?! Why aren't brands using that space to tell me how many points I've accumulated, or how much money I've saved, or how many points until my next upgrade?! All of these are variations on the "Wrapped" concept. Thanks for letting me rant. See the attached examples in the comments, and don't judge my home improvement spending or generosity 🙂 .
