You wouldn’t shop for Christmas dinner without a plan. Why do it in business? We all have that holiday vision. You know: the perfect tree..🎄 The gifts you may give your loved ones..🎁 The beautifully crafted meal..🍗 You don’t buy random sh*t and hope it all comes together. You know what you want. Same with business. Without a clear vision, you’re just wandering the aisles, hoping it all works out. When you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Like everyone, There has been times in my life where I have had the greatest ideas… and I’ve dived in head first without a clear path, and it didn’t go down too great. (Sometimes that can happen naturally.. thanks ADD😑) For some people it’s easy to be decisive and organised with their projects. If it’s harder for you, it’s OKAY! You’ve just gotta be aware of it and put in a little more work than others. But you freaking got this 💪 So I speak from experience when I say, work on defining your vision clearly first, everything is much more likely to fall into place from there. I started with assembling the right team. THEN started working on making my vision clear. It made decision-making and planning so much smoother. Just like sticking to a holiday budget, you need to allocate your resources wisely to avoid unnecessary debt. Whether thats choosing the perfect gifts or hiring the right people… Get your business vision right this holiday season. Align your team and make every decision count. ✳️share your favourite holiday food in the comments‼️ #BusinessVision #StrategicPlanning #Leadership #HolidayPlanning #BusinessGrowth

As the holiday season wraps us in its warmth and wonder, I find myself reflecting on the beauty of this time of year. It’s more than just twinkling lights and joyful gatherings—it’s a chance to pause, take stock of where we’ve been, and dream about what’s ahead. 2024 has been a year of lessons, growth, and resilience. As we close it out, I’m reminded of how important it is to: 🎁 Celebrate your wins—the big ones and the small steps that got you here. 🎁 Revisit your goals—are they still true to who you are and what matters most? 🎁 Recharge—because you can’t give your best to others or your work if you’re running on empty. A strong finish to the year gives us the momentum to launch into 2025 with confidence and purpose. Whether it’s closing out projects, spending time with family, or simply pausing to reflect, every step helps us build a solid foundation for the future. Here’s to a season filled with joy, peace, and the excitement of new possibilities. 🎄✨ #Leadership #EndOfYear #NewYearGoals #HolidayReflections

From Stress to Succint Strategy by Christmas 🎄— 👉 I want to ensure you have the best Christmas ever. In December, the business owners I know are usually optimistic, often overwhelmed, and working hard to keep everyone going. Their teams are verging on exhausted and want to put things down. Where investors or significant partners are involved, there's additional pressure. And for leaders, I believe, like you, there’s no mental peace over the holidays. You’re responsible for the ship on the other side of New Year. The answer? Successful business leaders already know the direction they’re going, what they plan to do next and why it matters. The problem? You're so busy you haven’t articulated it a simple, accessible way, so that you can look in the mirror and say to yourself ‘I've got this'. So what can you do about it? Your team are too busy to listen AND not the right people to help you. I'm the person who helps. I want you to spend this Christmas as calmly, enjoyably, and as stress-free as possible. Not stuck in your head thinking about work. Let’s ensure you’ve got a Succinct Strategy for 2025 you’re confident with that relevant people can believe in. We’ll do it by getting on 2 x 90 minute calls. First, you send me what's relevant to review, and then we’ll discuss any gaps and additions. I’ll create a summary of our first session together in a concise 1 page actionable plan. In our second session, we’ll review it, amend it where relevant, and plan how and to whom you will communicate it. You could read it at your Christmas breakup, distribute it via email or make a video about it. Then, everyone can spend these holidays confident in how 2025 will begin. That’s it. You talk. I review, listen, suggest and summarise. You give it to relevant people and look like the amazing leader you are. No one spends this Christmas worrying about ‘what next’. If you're in, leave a comment below or send me a message with your phone number. I'll ring to chat pricing and when it suits to book our first 90-minute session. #strategy #leadership #bestadvice #business #impact #investing #businessdevelopment #growthmindset

Celebrating success isn’t just about the past—it’s about creating momentum for the future. It inspires confidence and shows your team that every effort matters. The holidays always get me thinking beyond the surface— it’s more than just closing out the year, it’s about reflecting on the legacy I’m building through my work, relationships, and impact. 🎄 Impact: Am I creating real, lasting change in my space? 🎄 Connection: Have I prioritized the relationships that matter most—personally and professionally? 🎄 Vision: Is the direction I’m heading aligned with where I actually want to go? 🎄 Growth: How am I evolving—not just financially, but mentally and emotionally? 🎄Intention: Am I leading with purpose, or just reacting to whatever comes next? These are the questions I ask myself every year around this time. Because success without intention feels empty. ✨ This holiday season, I’m focusing on the kind of impact that lasts. What about you? What’s the one word that will shape your next chapter in 2025? Drop it in the comments—I’d love to hear it! Somehow, we are entering Q4 of 2024. And for so many of us, we started this year with a list of goals and things we wanted to achieve. Whether you’re on track to meet your goals and not, how can you make sure you finish the year strong? The reality is that we are heading into one of the busiest times of the year. Between deadlines and the holidays right around the corner, it can be easy to let things go or forget important tasks. However, there’s something I believe strongly in: 👉 We need to take care of ourselves first and foremost What do I mean by this? Busy season means a lot of work hours which honestly is just the reality. But, it’s important to be organized and create space in your life for what you need. You need to take care of yourself so you can show up for your colleagues and clients. This isn’t something you should be winging. Instead, be intentional and pay attention to: 👉 Your body 👉 Your health 👉 Your mindset At the end of the day, there is no growth without challenge. Remember that when you are working on finishing this year strong and in a way that you can be proud of! How will you finish this year strong? #leadership #accountingandaccountants #smallbusiness #business #success

🎄 Shutting Down for Christmas? Let’s Plan Big! 🎄 As the year winds down, I’m using this time to reflect and plan for what’s next—focusing on who I want to be, not just what I need to do. I love a good plan, and once I understand the big picture of "why," I dive into the details to make it happen. This year, I’m using Jesse Itzler’s "Big A## Planner" to guide me as it’s a visual one. What makes it different? It’s not just about mapping out tasks—it’s about identifying the person you want to become. When you start with the “who,” the “what” naturally falls into place. It’s about creating a life that’s intentional, purposeful, and impactful. For example, I’m asking myself, am I: 👉 A leader who aligns people and strategy to drive success. 👉 A coach who taps into your essence to help you reinvent at any stage. 👉 Someone who chooses health, adventure, and balance to thrive in life. Once I define the “who,” the “what” (actions and plans) fall into place. It’s not about creating a long to-do list—it’s about living intentionally and making meaningful choices. At The People Essence, I help leaders and teams do the same—aligning purpose, strategy, and action to create lasting impact. If you're looking to shift your mindset, build a clear path forward, or get the right people in the right places for 2025, I’d love to support you through it. ✨ What’s your approach to thinking big and setting goals for the future? Wishing you a wonderful holiday season! 🎁✨ #Planning #BigPicture #WhoDoYouWantToBe #ChristmasBreak #ThePeopleEssence #BigA##Planner

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗟𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱—𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗜𝗳 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗮𝘀 𝗜𝘀 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝘆 It’s here. Christmas Day is one week away, and if you’re a leader or business owner, you’re feeling it. The push to wrap up the year. The pressure to hit your goals. The pull to be present with your family and friends. It’s a lot. And here’s the kicker: the next seven days can make or break how you feel about this entire season. I’ve been there. Trying to do it all. Trying to be everything to everyone. But what I found was this: 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀. Instead of cramming more onto your to-do list, ask yourself: 👉 What’s the ONE thing I can do today that will move the needle most? One clear decision. One task. One priority. Because when you focus on the right thing, you end up with more time for the people and moments that matter most. Here’s my challenge to you: Decide today what’s most important for your business and your personal life this week. Then let go of the rest. We’ve put together The Ultimate Holiday Survival Guide to help you navigate the chaos and end this year strong. Drop “survival” in the comments, and I’ll send it your way. 👇 #Leadership #Productivity #HolidaySeason #TimeManagement #Focus #Meant4More
