The latest edition of Texas811 magazine is out and this year is 40th anniversary of Texas811 formerly known as Dig Tess! I contributed an article in this edition "Are Class B Facilities The Missing Link in Damage Prevention?". The short answer is "yes", but this is an area where there has been a significant improvement which is a trend that will hopefully continue. #OTD The "Oak" nuclear test was conducted by the United States on June 28, 1958, at Enewetak Atoll in the Marshall Islands. It was part of the Operation Hardtack I series.
