The Daily Dose: Mental Toughness in 30 Seconds or Less The Daily Dose: Mental Toughness Tips in 30 Seconds or Less. It started as an email that goes out every morning with the intention of helping you get your mind right as soon as you awaken so that you can not only win the day but also strengthen your mind permanently in the process and develop more Mental Toughness that will help you live more happily and more powerfully. This book is a collection of the first 365 Daily Dose messages. Every day I get an email from someone on that list telling me how perfect the day’s message was for them (everyone is on their own schedule).
