Croatia's state development bank HBOR - Hrvatska banka za obnovu i razvitak plans investments in alternative funds, in addition to direct loans and equity investment guarantees, as part of its strategy to channel EU-backed resources into SMEs and mid-cap companies in Croatia and the Western Balkans.
