When I first heard this statement a few years ago, I didn't fully understand it. "Employees first customers second" - now I understand these words much better 😎 Let's think together about what is the basis for the success of your organization. What is its driving force? What makes your company function, grow and scale? Of course, in a capitalist, liberal and highly competitive world, nothing is possible without customers. There is even talk of customer centricity. The client is the most important, his needs, pains and problems. We respond to them with our actions, products and services. You will agree with me, right? So why isn't the slogan in the photo below: "customers first everything else second" 🤔 Because I deeply believe that in this very competitive and highly unstable world, it is the people in organizations that will determine their strength and effectiveness. They will also often determine their survival 😮 Moreover, I deeply believe that the only way to build a highly scalable and hyper-effective organization lies not only in processes, technology or automation. It lies primarily in using the potential of the people who constitute these organizations. I don't know if these short thoughts make sense to you. I know they have it for me and for the organizations I lead, work with and advise. Employees, who are they in your organization 🤔
