And by February 28th, Steve and I went on a date night and I realized I had a problem because I didn't know what my husband thought about it. I realized he had never said one word about it. But in between the praying in January after the first of the year to February 28th, God made that the desire of my heart. And I was so moved that I would just be weeping, crying down the road, driving down the road, and all different times. It's almost like God just kept knocking on my head saying I'm trying to get your attention. And I began to listen. And so we had to have a date night because he had to be involved too, right? So. So we were at Zio's in downtown Oklahoma City and and I, you know, was pacing the evening, you know, and I finally said, you know, I need to talk to you about something. You never said anything back in November when the kids were bringing up the whole adoption thing. And I just need to know what you think about that. He puts his fork down and turns to me and said I could get really excited about it and I knew at that instant we were going to adopt our sixth child.
