The D&I 2023 report is out! I'm thrilled to share #SAP’s newly published 3rd annual #Diversity & #Inclusion Report 2023, demonstrating our continuous dedication and hard work towards achieving a more diverse and inclusive environment within our organization. This report not only presents the progress we've accomplished in the past year, but also showcases the impact of a comprehensive D&I strategy that spans across our #workforcediversity, #workplaceinclusion, and marketplace #leadership on the success of SAP and our ecosystem. Excitingly, it provides fresh insights drawn from our first-ever globally conducted and anonymous self-identification diversity survey, and includes data related to external hiring. This intersectional data helps in firing up meaningful conversations and initiatives to foster further #inclusivity at SAP. A huge shoutout to Supriya Jha and her fantastic team, along with the Executive Sponsors and allies at SAP. These dedicated colleagues work tirelessly and consistently in driving systemic inclusion at SAP in collaboration with our Employee Network Groups. Please take a moment to delve into the report to understand the strides we've made within the last year. I believe that the steps we've taken to maintain diversity and inclusion are critical in laying the foundation for a successful and respectful work environment. Here is your #MondayInspiration. SAP just released its 2023 D&I report with progress updates on how the company is nurturing D&I in every part of the organization and across the industry. Students who have taken a social entrepreneurship and sustainable development course with me know that I use these corporate reports to analyze and discuss social impact goals, programs, and metrics in class. They also learn about the role of technology in driving positive change in our society. SAP's report is a wonderful example of #tech4good. Diversity underpins innovation 💯 It’s #Autism Acceptance Month – and here at SAP – we believe that innovation thrives on neurodiversity. Why do I perceive some characteristics or values as diverse, others as different from me? An unconscious bias likes to disguise itself as 'gut-feeling', preferring similar values. I am proud to be part of a diverse SAP, shaped by different perspectives like a mosaic, enabling out-of-the-box-thinking and community. March 21 is the International Day against Racism. At SAP, we take a firm stance against racism and are proud of our diverse workforce. The topic is relevant all year round, and on Anti-Racism Day, we want to make it clear: At SAP, Diversity is a fact, not just a buzzword. More than 150 nationalities and several thousand different perspectives shape SAP worldwide. Each day, we actively choose to foster inclusivity and innovation, creating a safe working environment for all colleagues.
