Today is an incredibly important day - the International Anti-Racism Day. While tensions around the world are increasing, it is important to talk about the vast majority that stands united against racism, discrimination, and prejudice. Let's celebrate the beauty of diversity and acknowledge its undeniable strength. I am proud to see so many speaking up and to work alongside with great people, taking a firm stance against racism and a company celebrating our diverse workforce. The topic is relevant all year round, and on Anti-Racism Day, we want to make it clear: At SAP, Diversity is a fact, not just a buzzword. More than 150 nationalities and several thousand different perspectives shape SAP worldwide. Each day, we actively choose to foster inclusivity and innovation, creating a safe working environment for all colleagues. Here is your #MondayInspiration. SAP just released its 2023 D&I report with progress updates on how the company is nurturing D&I in every part of the organization and across the industry. Students who have taken a social entrepreneurship and sustainable development course with me know that I use these corporate reports to analyze and discuss social impact goals, programs, and metrics in class. They also learn about the role of technology in driving positive change in our society. SAP's report is a wonderful example of #tech4good. The report includes numerous examples of how SAP collaborated with customers and partners to apply an inclusive lens in product development. SAP SAP's Embrace of Diversity and Inclusion: Building a More Equitable Future Few Highlights are mentioned below SAP's commitment to diversity and inclusion goes beyond mere words; it is a core value woven into the very fabric of the company. This commitment stems from the belief that diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences fuel innovation, collaboration, and ultimately, success. Driving Change through Action: Embracing all forms of diversity: SAP champions equality for all, regardless of gender, ethnicity, race, age, sexual orientation, disability, or work-life situation. Diversity underpins innovation 💯 It’s #Autism Acceptance Month – and here at SAP – we believe that innovation thrives on neurodiversity. We are committed to fostering an inclusive community. Supporting neurodiverse abilities is crucial for our inclusion commitments. For the past 11 years, we have been supporting the needs of people on the spectrum through our Autism at Work Program to create an inclusive work environment. And I think we can be proud of these pioneering efforts 🙏 Every day, I have the privilege of meeting so many amazing people with diversity talents and backgrounds. We all have unique ways of thinking and acting. That deserves our respect and inclusion. By embracing neurodiversity, we strengthen the entire SAP community and build an inclusive work culture that enables a product and services portfolio ‘made for everyone’ 🙌 Acceptance is a journey, not a destination. This month and every month. Would you agree? #AutismAtWork #DiversityAndInclusion #AutismAcceptanceMonth #Neurodiversity

Why do I perceive some characteristics or values as diverse, others as different from me? An unconscious bias likes to disguise itself as 'gut-feeling', preferring similar values. I am proud to be part of a diverse SAP, shaped by different perspectives like a mosaic, enabling out-of-the-box-thinking and community. March 21 is the International Day against Racism. At SAP, we take a firm stance against racism and are proud of our diverse workforce. The topic is relevant all year round, and on Anti-Racism Day, we want to make it clear: At SAP, Diversity is a fact, not just a buzzword. Each day, we actively choose to foster inclusivity and innovation, creating a safe working environment for all colleagues. Not only am I proud to be part of a diverse SAP - I am also proud to work with such dedicated colleagues driving this powerful initiative! ❤️ Thank you Marie Heutmann and Debora Murseli for making all these voices of SAP visible - to speak up against racism and to speak for diversity, collectively.
