As Prince William says, "individuals, communities and nations are innovating like never before." Each year, five of these brilliant solutions are highlighted, celebrated and nurtured by The Earthshot Prize but in fact, these stories are just the tip of the iceberg, with many, many more innovative projects happening across the globe that we may never even hear of. This gives me great hope. Hear more about the incredible progress made by some of the Earthshot finalists towards protecting and restoring our planet in The Earthshot Prize Report 2024: https://lnkd.in/dzdnD3VA
I did a podcast interview with a business leader who sold his business. Instead of spending his money on multiple fast cars, he supported PHD students, paying for their study and accommodation costs. Many of these projects will incubate in university research labs - so giving financial support can be a positive way to do your bit to support these amazing ideas and concepts - and help turn them into reality.
Innovative solutions are popping up everywhere. It's wild to think about the unseen efforts out there. Hope's definitely in the air.
Inspiring to see such a wave of innovation aimed at preserving our planet!
Yes, it makes me hopeful that it is not all lost.
Prince William is doing amazing work with Earth Shot. He is the heart of the Charity. The Prince William doesn't preach at us nor tell people what to do.
The Earthshot and the rekalibrator are part of the solution

3moGives me hope, too. There are so many amazing things happening out there that so few people know anything about. This is what I like to remind myself of on the hard days 🫶
