Does Project 2025 align with this notion of faith-based justice?

What is Justice? You cannot be the #Accuser, the #Judge, and the #Executor all at the same time in your own cause. You equally must hear from the other side before taking a stand on a matter. These are the two main pillars of justice espoused in the Latin maxims: Nemo judex in causa sua, and audi alteram partem. The above are fundamental to the issues of separation of powers as well as #fair #hearing; as a fair hearing connotes the adherence to the above principles. It is the unadulterated adherence to these principles by the Judex that guarantees #substantial #justice. To avoid a situation where a reasonable man goes home thinking the judge is biased, Justice must be rooted in confidence. Another important perpective to note here is that so called Islamic banking is soleley based on the fact that fatwa cannot be given on the basis of whats inside the heart but on piece of paper that is showing Halal sale/purchase transaction. Its remarkable that you will be compensated based on whats inside the hearts. Pieces of paper will not save you from the curse of #riba.
