First of all, can we talk about how 2025 just snuck up on us? One minute it’s “New Year, New Me,” and the next, we’re halfway through January wondering if we’re sticking to any of those goals. Hi! My name is Oluwakemisola, my friends call me Kemi and if you’re new here, welcome! I recently read a post, and it resonated so deeply with me. The post reminded me how beautiful it is to pause, reflect, and just share who we are and where we’re headed. So, here’s me, doing the same. I’m a Nutritionist who loves busting food myths (like no, eating eggs won’t hurt you) and reminding people that drinking water isn’t just good for your health—it’s also why my skin glows. 😉 I’m also have a deep knowledge about Virtual Assistance because, apparently, my love for organizing tasks and creating structure has decided to pay rent in my head. I’m the type of person who loves arranging things—be it a plate of food, my weekly plans, or even my thoughts. But life, of course, always has its way of laughing at my lists. Still, I keep at it because it brings me joy and keeps me sane. Physically, I’m working on my gaining more healthy weight this year (wish me luck). Spiritually, God has been my “best guy” through the ups and downs. And mentally? Let’s just say overthinking is my toxic trait, but I’m working on it! This year, I’m all about growth—not just professionally but in the everyday moments too. I want to connect more, learn more, and laugh a lot more. And through it all, I hope to share stories that make you smile, think, or maybe just say, “Same here.” So, here’s to a 2025 filled with progress, connection, and all the little wins that make life worth it. The Best Advice You'll Read Today I can’t believe it's already December! It feels like just yesterday we were making New Year's resolutions and promising ourselves that this would be the year we finally achieve our goals. But here we are, just a few weeks away from the end of 2024. And I know many of us are feeling the pressure to finish the year strong. We want to tick off those lingering goals, make the most of the remaining time, and head into 2025 feeling proud and accomplished. But in our quest to achieve those goals, let's not forget something incredibly important: our health. Many people will reach the end of 2024, but not everyone will finish it strong. Some will be lucky to make it through the holiday season without burning out. So, as you push to achieve those goals, remember that your health is the foundation upon which everything else is built. Without it, those goals are nothing more than a distant dream. You're thinking about those unachieved goals because you're healthy. If you weren't, your mind wouldn't even be going there. So, take care of yourself. Prioritize your health. Make conscious choices that nourish your body and mind. Go ahead, you can still make those goals a reality! But don’t forget to take care of the one thing that makes it all possible: your health. . . Happy New Month!
