Whether we're the first call, second, or third... we are here to help. We offer all of our customers a free second opinion. All of the time we get asked why we do this. It costs time, travel, and money to go into a home just to inspect a unit. Why would we do this for someone who is already 'working' with someone else? Because it's our job.
