"We're not getting enough people into our industry" 😱 An alarming sentence that I heard all too often from the participants in our last Executive Circle.   ☝️ But what many people don't know: The #diecasting industry is a global leader in technology, innovative and far removed from the classic image of the "foundryman" (dirty, loud, hot, etc.). The highly automated, digitalized #diecasting cells are the future and help to make the industry attractive for new workers.   The changeover within companies just needs to happen quickly!
