SVP Sales and Customer Success - Randstad Enterprise

One of the things I care deeply about are the CHRO community events which Frank Congiu curates and operationalize on behalf of our team Randstad. I was fortunate to be invited to join a discussion last night in Minneapolis! As always, the evening starts with a sharing of personal triumphs and tribulations amongst the attendees. It was then a discussion led on AI, its impact on the human capital space, and what some of the worlds leading companies are doing in this area. We were lucky to have the conversation be led by Columbia University professor Hitendra Wadhwa. 2 things really resonated with me: 1. Companies are increasingly starting to experiment with generative AI, but seem to be focused on how it can reduce INTERNAL friction. Some examples are AI to support market research, compensation policies, or client histories. 2. We’re all concerned around the disruptive potential of AI - with many of us eager to explore it through partnerships with some of the leading technology firms, like Google or Microsoft. A big kudos to Frank and Moses Berkowitz for the work they do bringing these communities together and a big thanks to the group of Minneapolis leaders who joined us last night including Bill Ryan, Paula Cooney, Nora Anderson, Elle Grothaus, MNA, Ken Fairchild, Anne Davis Gotte, Jason Kolles, Lacey Gutierrez, Leisa Armstrong, Rebecca Jacobi, Kate Peerenboom (she/her), and Sally Saba.

Love what Frank Congiu has built in the HR community! And number 2 I know is a big area of focus for so many companies.
