T-TUBE CHOLANGIOGRAM T-tube cholangiograms are a fluoroscopic study performed in the setting of hepatobiliary disease. This technique has been largely superseded by MRCP and ERCP. Typically a T-shaped tube is left in the common bile duct at the time of surgery (e.g. cholecystectomy) and allows for exploration of the common bile duct (choledochotomy) and retrieval of common bile duct stones. At a later date (usually approximately 10 days), imaging of the biliary tree (cholangiogram) is performed via the tube. #snsinstitution #snsdesignthinkers #snsdesignthinking

Update - Pterygium surgery revision update. 3 week postoperative - from LP to 20/100 without correction. Patient had two surgeries on this eye at other clinics prior to this one. No conjunctiva to work with so I utilized 2 different amniotic membranes from xcellereyes. To control post inflammation and scar formation I utilized ANI Purified Cortrophin® Gel (repository corticotropin injection USP) preop and postop. Now the punctum is closer to normal instead of on the cornea.

[CLINICAL CASE] INDICATION: Tibial bone tumor. SURGERY: Induced membrane technique (Masquelet technique) with 50% cancellous bone autograft and 50% #Bioglass Granules from NORAKER. METHOD Case study - A 7-year-old patient. Follow-up: 36 months. CONCLUSION: The results of this case study show that performance and safety of #Bioglass Granules are confirmed.

DOR surgery, and Harken cryoablation was performed in 39 min of cross clamp time. Optimal remodelling of left chamber, post op FE 55%, no more ventricular arrhythmias. I have treated more than 140 patients for post-infarction aneurysm. Harken intraoperative ablation with surgery or with cruiablation represents the best solution to the arrhythmic problem. The patient extubated on day zero and released from intensive care unit on the first day.
