The Colliers Cincinnati Industrial Market Report has been published for Q3 2023. Key Takeaways: • The Cincinnati industrial market had 1,560,839 SF of new supply deliver this quarter. Currently, 4,583,231 SF of space remains under construction. • The vacancy rate rose by 80 basis points from Q2 to 4.8%. • Quarterly net absorption was –688,897 SF. This marks the first time since Q1 of 2019 that quarterly net absorption has been negative. • The market’s triple net average asking lease rate was $6.48 per SF, which was a $0.12 increase from Q2.
