GlobalMedic was in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, working with local engineers to create a Bolivian version of our Fire Skid. The design, led by Rodrigo Ribero, was a great example of innovation tailored to local needs. In Bolivia, where water is scarce, Rodrigo’s solution used a 13 horsepower Honda pump and a smaller, higher-pressure hose to maximize efficiency. This allows the tank to last nearly 40 minutes, ensuring that firefighters can effectively tackle fires even with limited water resources.
