If you’ve been around Womack for any amount of time, you’ve likely heard us talk about our Heart to Care. What does this mean to us? Our Heart to Care means actively making our community a better place, selecting charity partners that hit close to home for our employees, and putting time and resources towards the greater good. It means that kindness and compassion are non-negotiables. It means linking arms to contribute to something bigger than ourselves. Our Heart to Care is an inseparable part of who we are. Outcome-driven professional with extensive experience enabling achievement of full business potential through comprehensive sales leadership and marketing management.
Today was a proud parenting moment for me as I taught my youngest daughter the art of door knocking. Her mission? Selling chocolates for a school fundraiser. Here are four valuable tips I shared with her: - Smile - Look the person in their eyes - Be confident - Assume the sale I am thrilled to share that after knocking on 4 doors, she successfully closed the deal at all 4! The power of positivity and confidence truly pays off. 🍫🚪 #FundraiserSuccess #ParentingWin #PowerOfCoaching

To date, we have run KCBC on coffee, donations, late nights, and lots of DIY bootstrapping…performing all of the tasks to consistently push quality content out there. We now have the option for supporters to contribute financially on a monthly basis. We have been clear about KCBC’s mission from the beginning: To interview the sages in our region who are leading in business and nonprofit spaces. These are our neighbors, game changers and hardchargers making things happen in our city. We are going to continue to bring on awesome guests…whether we receive financial contributions or not. We are shooting to bring video to the podcast and that is definitely not going to be cheap. Neither is studio time. So if you can help us, we would greatly appreciate your contribution. If you can’t, we completely understand and appreciate you supporting with reactions, comments, reposts, subscriptions, ratings, and reviews. Support link: https://lnkd.in/gXhtT4_6

Transforming winnings into donations for causes and communities reinforces the true essence of leadership: service.
