Workflow and Notes for the "Trade Bridge" Event Stage 1: Before the Event The Canton Fair Trade Center (CFTC) will collect sourcing demands and organize supplier registrations. After multiple rounds of screening, a final matchmaking list will be determined. Special training sessions will be held to test equipment and networks and to elaborate on the specific agenda. Note: - Maintain regular contact with Canton Fair staff. - Have company documents ready for matchmaking. - Participate in the required training sessions. - Ensure you have good equipment and stable network connections. Stage 2: During the Event “One-on-one” targeted matchmaking and negotiations will be held via virtual links, with only one supplier and one buyer entering the online meeting room at a time. Each matchmaking session will last about 20 minutes, allowing suppliers to present company profiles and showcase main products, either in their showrooms or Canton Fair booths. Both suppliers and buyers may negotiate over details. Note: - Attend on time and avoid being late. - Follow the business dress code. - Designate business personnel proficient in company business and products as participants. - Pay attention to time management during the process. Stage 3: After the Event CFTC will conduct surveys with both suppliers and buyers via phone calls, emails, or other online survey tools to gather feedback on their participation experience, results, and any opinions or suggestions. Note: - Get in touch with buyers promptly. - Provide further product information to grow mutual trust and secure more orders.
