Recently, a thought-provoking policy has come to the forefront: Employees departing before March will not receive their performance bonuses, even if their contributions have been exemplary. While this approach may initially seem to prioritize organizational retention, it's crucial for HR professionals to balance fiscal responsibility with empathetic leadership.
