In healthcare, women are underrepresented in senior leadership roles despite dominating the industry workforce, with only about 30% of healthcare executives and 13% of CEOs being women. This disparity is attributed to hidden barriers like unconscious biases and assumptions that hinder women's advancement into leadership positions. In a time when leaders are faced with accelerating change and compounding challenges, it’s more important than ever that we find a successful #leadership formula to unite our colleagues.    #TeamCignaGroup’s Neema Stephens, MD is an ideal example of a leader achieving this as she guides her team in breaking down one of the most complex challenges in #healthcare to make a positive difference.
