At #Sanofi, we #chasemiracles by making the impossible possible! Each function plays a crucial role, and the Quality function, which I am part of, is an actor at the heart of the Sanofi machine. Every day, we #IgnitePotential, which requires rigor, work, … and some fun! For my part, I #IgniteMyPotential by forging a mindset like an athlete to the measure of my physical abilities. The best way for me is the marathon, by doing repetition, learning from my failures to then succeed. That’s why I’m embarking on my second marathon of the year, after my 3h50 at the Paris Marathon in April 2024, I’m aiming for 3h45 at the Seine - Eure Marathon in October 2024! I will apply the same Vision/CAP/Strategy/Tactic concept with the Sanofi #PlayToWin Strategy based on 4 pillars which worked very well during my last Marathon (see my last Post):   - Focus on results: Repetition; Failure; Repetition to lead to Success   - Put innovation in my preparation: Watch; Clothes; Shoes; AI for training plan…   - Accelerate my efficiency: Always go to the limits of my body and having a good diet   - Reinvent myself in my training: swimming pool; cycling; weightlifting Added to this, Some ingredients such as Abnegation; Resilience; Self-confidence; Motivation ; #WeNeverSettle and I will be prepared and sharped to achieve my personal record which will be a step in my big Challenge 2027 to complete # MarathonParis2027 in 3h30 to celebrate a new Decade for me ! Will it help the athlete to elevate his/her performance? Thank you for the valuable insights and perspectives. Chiel Poffé, David de Klerk, Irina Zelenkova, Mathieu Heijboer, Jon Wehrlin Hemoglobin mass as a measure for talent detection? Preparation before going at altitude is essential (health protection, iron level, etc.) Monitoring of the athlete before, during, and after is key Illness is detrimental to altitude response …   The panel is unanimous; every athlete gains physiological advantage from altitude. If there's no response, look for the puzzle piece that doesn't fit well and change it.
