We're reaching the end of another year. A year which has been perhaps unexpectedly turbulent. Both. In our political worlds, but also in our, in our professional, in our professional worlds. And I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you, our members, for being part of our organization. Members like you make us what we are. We're the largest and most prestigious body of management accountants across the globe. And we see the power of that influence everywhere, everywhere that we go, be it. In the United Kingdom, in the United States, across Europe, into Asia and Africa, I want to reflect on some of the some of the new things that we're doing, some of the things that we're putting out there for you as members to help, to enhance your careers, to support your careers. We have a relationship with you which begins. With exams, it begins at the start of your career and. We work with you. We support you throughout that lifelong journey of working and learning. Over recent weeks, you will have seen the launch of our new Future of Finance series of white papers. These go a long way towards identifying what does breast practice today and what is going to be best practice tomorrow. They're going to inform the next iteration of our qualification and the content of the CPD that we offer. But more than that, they can also act as a tool for you, a tool for you to use in your work as you seek to improve your personal value and the value of your finance function to your business. The World Today talks about ESG. That's management accountants. We've always, always measured more than the money now. The rest of the business world is waking up to that and it's an area that we earn and our latest report around integrated performance management gives you access to the best thinking and the best tools in this area. It enables you to very quickly build up your finance functions capabilities to meet the challenges that you're facing. Also over this year, we've introduced our management Accounting Global Forum. This is a forum for members wherever they are across the world and it enables them to listen to and to talk to experts in the field covering a vast range of subjects. I've been so impressed by the engagement that we've had on this. We have run these programs probably four times so far so far in 2023 and we've had participants from as far apart as the East Coast of the United States through to. Through to Japan, including all territories in between. It's it's really is a phenomenal, phenomenal forum. It brings together, as I say, the best thinkers. And it gives you, our members, the chance to explore ideas and the chance to learn from them. On a more personal level, we've been giving each member what we call our transformative skills pack. That's a package of CPD programs offered on renewal of membership, which enable you to keep up to date with the changes that the profession is going through. Keep up to date with the changes that The Workplace that The Workplace is going to. If you'd like, you can describe it as an essential base of continuing professional development over 2023. We've also been. Transforming our our technology. And you'll have seen aspects of that with a new website and with new processes. It's not been a smooth ride as with all of these things and I think we've all experienced significant bumps along the road. We're going to continue on that technology journey and in 2024, you will see the resources enhanced, you'll see more personalization and you'll experience better access and quicker access to the things that you need to support you going forward. As we move into 2024, the one thing that we do know is. That change will be a constant. There will be more turbulence, there'll be more uncertainty. And as an organization, we're going to evolve with that and we're going to support you with that. Thank you for being with us through the journey in 2023.
