The VP of National Accounts are producing executives - responsible for leading others as well as personally driving/contributing to client retention, expansion, and acquisition of new stores/accounts. The year over year expectation is to profitably grow their account/segment within the capital or resource budget. What You'll Do:Establish a strategic plan and annual/quarterly strategies to profitably grow their account/segment, including a business case for adding resource to their team, field, etc.Build an effective account/segment team, including clearly defining team member roles, expectations, and all staffing decisions
