Speaking in front of a supportive, encouraging crowd helps take the edge off. And if I'm there, I'll be your personal cheerleader (although FYI - I cannot promise pompoms 😅). 𝟮) 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆: One great format for this is 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘌𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘙𝘦𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵. This format is perfect because it's based on your personal story, real-world experiences, and personal anecdotes. It's much harder to be challenged about being "right" or "wrong" when you speak from your own experience and share your own insights.
