Here is my free how to read food nutrition labels. Guide that I created myself. If you want to start removing toxins and eat healthier food and know what you're eating, you need to know how to read food labels. And so I put important tips and I even put pictures of products so that you can see what I'm talking about in here, because a lot of people have never, ever read a food label. OK, so I cover a lot of it. I circle things that you shouldn't be eating. How to read the food label, How to understand it, Okay food dyes, different things that you shouldn't be using, Other important features. So. You know, things that are marketed as safe when they're not and healthy. OK, so this is free. I give you some vocabulary as well so you understand where everything is. Alright, it's free guys.
