It’s no secret that we’re living in an increasingly stressful and anxiety-filled world. Trying to find a balance between work and personal life can often add to the stress. But it doesn’t have to. Studies have shown that taking up — and sticking with — a hobby can benefit one’s mental health. As we recognize World Mental Health Day, it’s a perfect time to reflect on how we can improve our mental health and find that balance.
