The key takeaways that could benefit every founder: The Four Levels of Product-Market Fit: 1. Nascent PMF: - Focus: Satisfaction - Indicators: 3-5 satisfied customers - Key Actions: Identify and solve an important and urgent problem for a small group of customers, even if it’s inefficient initially. - Timeline: If it is more than 12 months – you’re stuck & need to revised something 2. Developing PMF: - Focus: Satisfaction and Demand - Indicators: 5-25 satisfied customers | Demand Source 10% conversion from call to close ( sales) churn not more than 20% between 500K - 5 million $ | 12-18 months you’re stuck \ sometimes it time to pivot in this level @ most startups don’t pass level 2 ( 60%) failed - Key Actions: Scale demand generation efforts beyond warm intros. Start seeing some inbound interest and improve sales conversion rates. - Timeline: If it is more than 12-18 months – you’re stuck need to revised something 3. Three Dimensions of PMF: 1. Demand: The product should naturally generate interest and have a scalable demand channel. 2. Satisfaction: The product must solve a critical need and keep customers satisfied. 3. Efficiency: The product should be delivered in a cost-effective manner. The Four Ps to Focus On: When executing and adjusting your strategy, keep these four aspects in mind: 1. Persona: Understand and target the right customer profile deeply. 2. Problem: Ensure you are solving a problem that is both important and urgent for your persona. 3. Promise: Clearly articulate the value and benefits your product offers. 4. Product: Continuously iterate and improve your product to meet and exceed customer expectations. I've built five partner programs from zero to one and reached $150m+ in ARR. One of the most critical parts of this is having a clear crawl, walk, run strategy to get executive alignment and resource allocation. Here's why a crawl, walk, run strategy can be a game changer: 1.
