Today as an industry, private equity sustainability can have a really important role in many of our businesses in the value creation plans that they have. This is something that our investors expect, our employees expect it and the portfolio companies that we invest in expected. We've made great progress at embedding ESG related KPIs into the reporting we get from our portfolio companies. So we can monitor the progression of those, intervene to ensure the progression of those. And it's something which has become part of the day-to-day about the portfolio we manage as well. One of my favorite examples is what we've done with Restaurant Brands Iberia. Now this business is essentially Burger King and Popeyes in Spain and Iberia and cooking burgers. This is a business which has an environmental footprint. What we did was we signed A10 year energy contract with a Spanish energy provider for them to provide us with at a attractive cost, renewable energy. This locked in our energy prices, addressing the commercial need, but also by it being renewable in particular solar really met our sustainability objective that we've had in our value creation plan as well. And from that energy providers benefit they were able to, given it was a 10 year contract get the attractive financing that allows them to make the Sullivan installations that provide us with the power. So it's a real win win. And what we're so proud of is that this was something which is really innovative. We don't hear lots of examples and it's something we definitely look to roll out in other companies at every opportunity that we find. So can what we do at Cinven really make a difference to the challenges that our planet faces? And my answer to that is, of course it can. As a micro investor, we absolutely have the ability to make a difference in the companies we invest in and the way we ourselves conduct our business and our activities. That our impact on the environment is as positive as it can be.

We need to create a prosperous new economy of sustainability. By applying sound business principles to vital issues we can attract investment. Destructive businesses are not competitive particularly when they risk incurring the costs of current bad practices and the litigation on its way.
