🚀Be open to new possibilities🚀 During my career, I was always open to new challenges, that's how I discovered my challenges, my strengths and eventually my purpose. For example: 🧩I was asked to open new coffee shops, training the new manager and setting up the team for a successful opening day. I found out I didn't like life in a hotel. I loved training a new team and opening new stores but, I wanted to come home every night so I opened stores in my city, London. 🧩In another company, they asked to be part of the L&D team training on Induction days. I looooooved it! There I realised that training and developing people was my strength and passion. 🧩Later on, the same company asked me to mentor and train other managers. Of course, I took the challenge, even though the managers were my colleagues and I had to adapt a lot of my leadership skills to the situation. It was a success, loved it again. 🧩Then came being part of the recruitment open days for Area managers, or an area marketing Christmas launch etc... I took all the challenges that came my way, discovered many strengths and developed my weaknesses so I could keep completing this puzzle. All these challenges made me who I am today as a coach and gave me the knowledge to do a great job at helping people to develop their careers.
