3wTextilien deren Recyclingweg die Sortierung ein extrem wichtiges Thema. Einen RFID zum einkleben für Textilien ist entwickelt dieser für 200 Waschungen ausgelegt wurde. Die Alttextilien meistens aus Kunststfasern sollten bei einer Themparatur von 120-230 Grad schmelzen. Da wir mit Heißluft im Prozess arbeiten, werden Bakterien-Viren-Schimmelsporen-Gerüche minimiert oder vernichtet. Die Körnung oder Faserlänge der Materialien spielt ebenfalls eine Rolle. Unser Produktionsprozess kann bestimmte Alttextilien verarbeiten kostengünstig ohne Vorreinigung der Alttextilien.
