Brand Vision is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced General Accountant to join our finance team. As a General Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial data to provide accurate and timely information. You will work closely with other members of the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures. We're looking for 2 Account Executive/Assistant(s) to join our team as we undergo a heavy finance transformation. Full disclosure, there's limited workforce as we push through redo-ing the account database and manage daily business. The good news? You'll be working side by side with me and the team, and the knowledge gained will be shared among all. While the work may be tough and overwhelming, ownership in your task and responsibility is very important. Projects like these, reestablishing the database, and being a part of a system that generates reports in an efficient way could only come once in a career. The potential to add to your CV is high. We're separating the AP/AR into 3 levels and phases of projects. The first level includes having accurate structured data that includes all payment, collections, and project data to be accurately reconciled. With the existing data, the second level includes shorter reports preparation time and certain analysis to be done. Finally, in the third level, we forecast how much we're spending soon and sales that are coming in. Too many accountants are wasted on operational works, and not given the opportunity to get their hands on reporting, analysis and even try out certain methods that are more efficient in managing daily business.
