I just received one of the most POSITIVE affirmations from one of my team members. Yes, I said team member. I used to think, “I do this all alone” “I don’t have a team or support,” but then I thought, “Wait?! Yes, I actually do have a team! All throughout the year of Pure Light Botanical Beauty, I have had local models, photographers, and others support me and my visions with unpaid collaborations. I have had friends who I had help test the earliest formulations of my Nourishing Lipstick which I had invented. Some of these models have continually shown up and represented Pure Light Botanical Beauty since before we launched back in October! I have just now acquired a lovely, talented, and driven intern to help me in manufacturing and sales. I offer everything I can through promotion, experience, good references, offering a fun experience, sharing knowledge, mentorship, and more, but it is my dream to offer paid positions and to keep offering uplifting opportunities within Pure Light Botanical Beauty. I truly value these women’s time, energy, and talents. I truly hope to continue working with them for the long haul. It’s my goal to grow and scale Pure Light Botanical Beauty to the point where I can compensate these women in more ways than one at the level they truly deserve!
