Stoneweg has bought the former Comedia cinema on Passeig de Gràcia, which has been closed since January, to give light to a new cultural facility - the future "Museo Carmen Thyssen #Barcelona". Initially, there had been talk of a rental agreement with the owners, the Pla i Planàs families, but negotiations have finally led to a purchase and sale agreement so as not to be restricted and to be able to carry out a major project.
