Even if you're not doing link building, or content marketing, and your only interest is seeing how you might use generative AI to support your website or other areas of your business, the outputs from ChatGPT based on Garrett's audience strategy framework are a masterclass in prompt engineering. At the very least, the examples are very likely to help you to better understand how generative AI can be used to promote your business. What does this mean for your online reputation? Many have jumped on ChatGPT to help create content--such as blog posts, articles, and other time saving activities. However, without careful usage and customization, clients and readers can discover poorly written work, leading to reputation damage. But what will happen now?
