So now it would be the right time to dare ask for a feedback /recommendation letter anything ..or your work will be forgotten, all the good work, all the efforts - all of it - known just by yourself and the client's representatives + candidates in our case (but soon all will be forgotten). So my strong advice is to 𝐚𝐬𝐤 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤, a formal statement, anything you can use to showcase your results to other potential clients, 𝐬𝐨𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞. ..and since we live in a digitalised world, there are a wide variety of platforms where your clients can write a feedback! hurray! Check out the hardcore reviews we got from our clients! ✍️➡️https://lnkd.in/dcv_Pg-B Some clients loved this method and were kind to explain in detail how brightANTITY helped them out. However there is still a long list of past clients for whom we did an awesome job (who still did not find the time to do it) - so that leaves me with finding new ways of promoting our past accomplishments (in direct talk, messages, personal emails). If only we were allowed to put all the logos of all the 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 - 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 on the 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐲.𝐜𝐨𝐦.. due to confidentiality terms and the nature of our business that was impossible to do...still is. Summary of a decade's journey.. Here are some losses and lessons.. 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗢𝗻𝗲: First HR opportunity in a Big 4 (fixed-term). - Started to grow my roots into HR/recruitment. - Realized this is what I wanted to do. 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗧𝘄𝗼: FTC ended. Seeking in a quiet job market. - Fixated on finding another job as a recruiter. - Unemployed for 9 months... Loss. 🔸𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻: Don't be too narrow in your goals. 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲: Started at Alter Domus as a recruiter! - Built my sourcing experience. - Travelled to Luxembourg. 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿: Got Married. Built confidence in my skills. - Hired in 8 locations across EMEA and APAC. - Trained my first junior recruiter. 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝘃𝗲: Became a Father. Promoted to Senior TA! - Trained and mentored in total 4 recruiters. - Feeling pretty good about myself. 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝗶𝘅: Shifted to tech recruitment at Amdocs. - Got exposed to tech roles and tech concepts. - Was also the go-to recruiter for finance roles. 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻: Covid... Mostly remote work. - Expanded my tech experience. - Missed being at the office. 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗘𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁: Took a risk in a new company as a Team Lead . - Stressed. Bit off more than I could chew. - Was fired after 2.5 months. Loss. 🔸𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻: Don't move for just salary and ego. 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗡𝗶𝗻𝗲: Unemployed for 2.5 months. Took another FTC. - Got a great gig with great people at TSYS. - Built back some confidence. 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗻: Developed myself as a tech recruitment agent. - 3rd most valuable placement in the company's history. - Let go after no further placements. Loss. 🔸𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻: Take extreme accountability for your work. 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿: Joined B2Tech. Stabilization and growth. - Earned my way back to the Team Lead level. - Now building and training my own team! 🔸𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻: Losses are opportunities to become stronger. My journey hasn’t been a straight line, but I guess that’s similar for others too… …but every twist and turn has shaped me into the recruitment leader I am today. My journey began at AIESEC during my studies, where I discovered the power of shared values and the importance of soft skills in achieving success. I did many things there, but what I enjoyed most was recruitment. Negotiating with C-level management for the Liberal Trade Union taught me the art of finding common ground and building bridges, skills that proved invaluable in my recruitment career… From there, my path led me to TEKsystems, Hackages and BNP Paribas Fortis where I further developed my talent-matching expertise, helping countless engineers land their dream jobs at top companies. …But it was through founding Digimads that I truly found my purpose: empowering IT consultants with the technical and soft skills they need to thrive, creating a win-win scenario for both consultants and clients. Throughout my journey, I have always been driven by a desire to help people grow and succeed. Today, as the founder of Digimads, I'm not just matching resumes to job descriptions.
