Geofencing Improvements: Enhance the accuracy of geofencing by using multiple factors to determine a user's location, such as a combination of GPS, Wi-Fi, and cell tower data. This can help ensure that passengers can only book tickets when genuinely close to the station. QR Code Encryption: Encrypt QR codes to prevent unauthorized scanning. This would require passengers to have an authenticated and secure mobile app to read and use the QR code. Encryption can add an extra layer of security to the process.

Especially if they have problems with motor control, limb loss, paralysis or perhaps they use screen readers. Make the process as quick and easy as possible. Label form fields and inputs well.
