The change was presented to City who worked closely with the Customer and supported the smooth transition of over 6000 cleaners over a 3-month period. We document, load, unload, store and maintain our client’s (goods/cargoes/freights/consignments/shipments) without any excuse, with the highest level of quality, with the highest level of safety by complying with rules and regulations for the safety requirements, with reasonable prices. Why? Just to make sure that our client are satisfied and we keep loyal customers. For us to meet all of those we need extensive planning and that is why in LOGISTICS and TRANSPORTATION; MONDAYS are for MEETINGS. We conduct meetings with our teams so as to make sure that our teams are aware with what’s going on. We communicate and share required information with the team so as to make sure that teams know what are the companies’ goals and expectations, how to achieve them and what would be the consequences of not achieving them while identifying clearly on motivation which will be provided when goals and objectives are met.
