Red Bull Rampage is about so much more than the tricks and arguing about the scoring. I was lucky enough to be able to a cover this year’s event, and set out to try and find some new angles on what must be one of the most reported on events in mountain biking. I’ve had some great feedback, so I’m feeling pretty chuffed about what I accomplished on the ground. It’s not an easy environment to work in - especially when I added camping into the mix for the second half of the week. Here's a Physics 101 overview of how our cut blade technology works on kayak paddles: 🛶 When you kayak with a regular paddle, some high-pressure water at the front of the blade escapes around the edges filling the low-pressure area at the back causing energy loss. 🛶 Our blades have these cuts that allow some of the high-pressure water to pass through, losing pressure in the process so maintaining the pressure difference, making your strokes more efficient. 🛶 With a cut blade, you'll experience a softer start to your stroke with more grip and stability throughout. You will be able to paddle longer distances with less strain on your body. 🛶 At the end of the day, you’ll feel the physical impact in how much longer you’re able to spend out on the water and how strong you still feel at the end of your session.
