Mate. 🤝 Today is the 8th of May, and while you might not recognise the date (and might not have any idea what it’s symbolic of), we’re here to tell you that today IS pretty important for some of us. Suggested as a better, more appropriate and respectful day to celebrate ‘Australia Day’ (which we, here at EVER, do not celebrate on the 26th of January), the 8th of May is a day to focus on friendship and connection. If you, like us, don’t celebrate the 26th of January, and are looking for a different day to love our country and the people who live here, it might be worth considering May 8.
