We have traffic lights in Port Moresby, but many road users break the traffic rules. Who is in charge of watching and punishing people who break the traffic rules? What are they doing to stop people from breaking the rules and causing accidents, even at traffic lights? It would be good if we could use the traffic light cameras to catch public road users breaking the rules and fine them. This might make people follow the rules better. But it seems like there's not much being done to stop road users from breaking the traffic rules. Just my thoughts.
